Russell and Toni had their wedding at Preston Court near Canterbury on a really warm Saturday on the first day of July. Toni got ready at Russell’s family home in Stodmarsh, when I say “home” I mean “estate” or “manor house”. Such a beautiful setting to get ready! One of the Bridesmaids did some cartwheels on the lawn and the little flower girl rode around on her scooter. James came to second shoot for me (he took some of the pictures below) and spent the morning with the chaps at the pub then went to St Mildred’s Church in Preston for the ceremony. This wedding really stood out to me for the amount of fun that everyone had and how friendly people were. The speeches was my favourite part of the day. I’ll always remember Woody’s Best Man speech and when Russell’s Mum’s ears were covered during the parts of the speech which she shouldn’t be hearing!! Russell & Toni’s reactions to the speeches were hilarious too. I also really appreciated the little moments between Russell and his Mum. They had a dance together in the evening and his Mum got really teary. I love capturing these kinds of moments. Thanks to Russell and Toni for being such a fun and relaxed couple to photograph and I hope you all enjoy my favourite images from the day!
Toni left me a review saying “Wow what can I say, We met Olly nearly two years before our wedding, he came to our house and instantly we knew we would ask him to photograph our wedding. Olly made us feel comfortable and completely at ease. During the day we wanted to spend as much time as possible with family and friends and we did just that, we weren’t pulled from pillar to post posing for pictures, we wanted natural shots and got exactly that. We had our pictures back from Olly so quickly and love to look through them and relive the day. I cannot recommend Olly highly enough, and will be using him for any other big Family events. Five stars isn’t enough. Thank you Olly xx”
