Michael & Amy had their wedding at Brookfield Barn in Horsham, Sussex. A lot of thought went into their wedding day. During the ceremony Michael & Amy had their Nan’s as Flower Girls walking down the aisle before Amy was walked down by her Mum and Dad. Her Mum was beaming at Amy all during the ceremony which was wonderful to see. They both poured sand into an hourglass together signifying their union as Husband and Wife. There was lots of little touches like this that really made the day feel unique. Later on in the day Amy surprised Michael by hiring in a singing waiter who got most people up on their feet dancing and I witnessed my first wedding conga too (all of this before the official evening dancing!) It had rained during the day but in the evening it was lovely outside and I was so pleased that Amy & Michael could get out for a wander around and for sparklers before their dancing. Amy & Michael were great fun to be around and I made some good new friends too (even one who was dared to come up to me and stoke my beard!) The two Daves who were Michael’s Best Man were my favourite Best Men I’ve worked with! Always on hand, always laughing and even picked up all the sparklers at the end of the night! I hope you enjoy my favourites from the day!
