Laurie & Holly had their Wedding at Pangdean Barn in Sussex on a Saturday in April. I loved my time with them a couple of months before the wedding and came away from it wanting them to be my friends (why shouldn’t we be? We all have rhyming names.) Holly was getting ready at her family home in Lindfield and it brought back memories for me as I went to school right next to her house when I was 7! A highlight was when Holly came out in her wedding dress. Everyone’s reaction to seeing her was fantastic, there were big smiles and tears! Their ceremony was at All Saints Church in Lindfield. They had a great band playing hymns with a modern twist and there was beautiful light pouring over the couple as they signed the register. We went to the Sussex Downs after the ceremony and Laurie & Holly had a walk near the Jack and Jill Windmills. It was amazing being able to see so much of Sussex from the top of the hills. Pangdean Barn was just down the road from the Windmills. Holly’s Mum was wonderfully excitable all day and decided at the reception she wanted to be picked up by Laurie and the gents, the look on Laurie’s face was great! The speeches and dancing was in a big barn lit by fairy lights and looked really pretty as a backdrop. I loved working for Laurie and Holly, they were a pleasure to be around and I was pleased Laurie gave such a good review as he works as a photographer himself! I hope you enjoy my favourite pictures from the day.
